This site is operated by Edward Jones, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom, trading as “CeMAP Practice Papers”.

In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Edward Jones; “you” means the person buying or using the content.

We sell access to original CeMAP mock exam papers — timed multiple-choice practice papers written to mirror the current five-unit CeMAP exam formats, with a written explanation on every question, plus supporting revision material (formula sheet, glossary, flashcards and study guides).

• •Full access — £29.99 (one-time). All 28 mock papers across every unit, plus every future paper we add to the library.
• •Single unit — £9.99 (one-time). Every mock paper for the one unit you choose.

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total price you pay. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no auto-renewal. Free preview questions are available on every paper without payment.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms your payment and we grant you access — which normally happens within seconds of checkout.

We want to be straight with you about this, because “lifetime” is a word that gets abused online.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as we operate this site. It is not a promise that the site will exist forever, and it is not tied to your lifetime. There is no expiry date, no renewal and no further payment: once you have bought, you keep access to what you bought for the whole time the site runs, including papers we add later within the scope of your purchase.

If we ever decide to stop operating the site, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site itself and, where we hold an email address for you, by email — so you have a fair chance to finish your revision or take a copy of your notes. If we close the site within 12 months of your purchase, you may ask us for a pro-rata refund of what you paid and we will honour it. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

We may change, improve, replace or retire individual papers and revision tools as the CeMAP syllabus changes — that is normal upkeep and is what keeps the material accurate. We will not cut the overall content down so far that you no longer get substantially what you paid for.

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own private study. We keep ownership of all copyright and other intellectual property in the questions, explanations and revision material — you are buying access, not the content itself.

You may:

• ✓Sit the papers as many times as you like, on your own devices.
• ✓Print or save a reasonable amount for your own revision notes.

You may not:

• ✕Copy, republish, upload, post, share or redistribute the questions or explanations — including to study groups, forums, Discord/WhatsApp groups, file-sharing sites or AI training datasets.
• ✕Resell, sub-licence, rent or share your access with anyone else, or use it to run training, tutoring or a competing product.
• ✕Scrape, bulk-download or use automated tools to extract the content.

If you seriously or repeatedly breach this licence we may withdraw your access without refund. We will tell you why, and you can put your side of it to us first unless the breach is flagrant.

There are no accounts and no passwords on this site. When your payment succeeds we set a signed, httpOnly cookie in the browser you bought from, and that cookie is what unlocks the papers. Practically, that means:

• •Access follows the browser, not an account. A different browser, device or private window starts out locked.
• •Clearing your cookies, or using a browser that deletes them, will sign you out of your access.
• •To get access back — or to use it on another device — enter the email address you paid with on the unlock page. We look that email up against your Stripe payment and restore your access. There is no limit on how many times you can do this.
• •Because restore works from the payment email, please keep a note of which email address you used. If you no longer have it, contact us at support@cemappractice.co.uk and we will help you find the payment.

This is a personal licence, so please don't hand the restore email or a copy of your device to other people. We monitor for access patterns that clearly indicate account sharing.

Your scores and progress are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device — so they don't travel between devices, and clearing site data erases them. See our privacy notice.

All payments are taken by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. We never see or store your card details. Your card statement will show the descriptor set on our Stripe account.

We do not store card data, and we do not create an account or a password for you. If a payment fails or is reversed, access may be withdrawn.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract and get your money back.

This is digital content supplied immediately, not on a physical medium. A shop can bring that 14-day right to an end early, but only by asking you at checkout to expressly consent to supply starting straight away and to acknowledge that you lose the right when it does — that is regulation 37(1). We do not ask you for that consent, and we have chosen not to.

So you keep the 14-day cancellation right in full, and you can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of the day the contract was made — just email support@cemappractice.co.uk and say so. You do not have to give a reason, and we do not reduce the refund to account for papers you have already worked through.

Separately, and regardless of any of the above, we offer a voluntary 14-day goodwill refund where you have used little of the content. The details are on our refunds page.

Chapter 3 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to the digital content we sell. It must be:

• •of satisfactory quality (s.34);
• •fit for any particular purpose you made known to us (s.35); and
• •as described (s.36).

If it isn't, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that can't be done or isn't done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, to a price reduction of up to the full amount you paid (ss.42–44). If our content damages your device or other digital content, and we did not use reasonable care and skill to prevent it, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation (s.46).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights. If anything here conflicts with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or any other consumer protection law, the law wins and that part of these terms does not apply. We do not say and do not mean “no refunds”.

We work hard to keep every question accurate and aligned to the current syllabus, and we correct errors promptly when they are reported. But this is a study aid:

• •We cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass any CeMAP exam. Our papers are practice, not the real exam, and are not past papers.
• •Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax or regulatory advice. Always check against the current FCA Handbook, HMRC guidance and your awarding body's published syllabus.
• •We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to your statutory rights above, our total liability to you in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made (such as exam fees, lost earnings or a failed exam attempt).

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live.
